Gothic Black Velvet Victorian Top Hat with Tulle

This is a beautiful gothic black velvet Victorian or Edwardian-styled top hat. It features a soft black lace headband and black tulle bow. The polyester velvet is soft garment quality, not stiff like felt or fake velvet. The velvet features a burnout paisley design, which adds to the elegance. Inside, there is an elastic band to aid with fitting and security.
