PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICIES CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that purchasing Night Frights, LLC merchandise is subject to the following Return Policy and Shipping Policy (“Return and Shipping Policies”) and other applicable law. If you (the customer/purchaser) do not agree to these Return and Shipping Policies, please do not make purchases through this site. The Return and Shipping Policies herein constitute a contractual “Agreement”. “Night Frights” as used herein refers to Night-Frights.com and/or Night Frights, LLC as may be applicable.


Night Frights wants you to be happy with your merchandise. We can accept returns on most items within seven (7) days of receipt if they are unused, unwashed, have all original tags/labels attached, unopened, undamaged and still sealed in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Items which cannot be returned include:

a. Products restricted by health and safety regulations

Due to strict health and safety regulations Night Frights cannot accept any return on an item if it is intended to be placed inside of or directly on your body in an intimate fashion. The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Caskets
  • Cosmetics
  • Dental FX products (fangs, veneers, caps or anything else that is placed inside the mouth)
  • Contact lenses
  • Essential oils
  • Face masks
  • Fragrances
  • Hair products (barrettes, circlets, extensions, tiaras, wigs)
  • Lingerie
  • Nail products
  • Pierced earrings
  • Skin care
  • Special effects and other makeup and/or prostheses

The above items cannot be returned for any reason. If you feel that there is a manufacturing defect with any of the above listed products, please fill out a Trouble Ticket below and be sure to email a photo of the damaged product to Shop@Night-Frights.com.

b. Other non-returnable items

In addition to the above items, the following items are non-returnable: custom orders, personalized items, altered/resized items and/or any item that cannot be resold as a new item due to its personal nature.

Exchanges / Return Authorizations / Return Shipping / Store Credit

If for any reason, you would like to return or exchange any of our returnable products, you may do so by completing a Trouble Ticket / Request for Return or Exchange Authorization below. You must receive a return authorization number prior to sending merchandise back to us. All return shipping charges shall be your (the customer’s) responsibility. Store credit (partial or full) may be issued at our discretion for a variety of circumstances if a refund is not available. Store credits are good for 1 (one year) from date of issuance.

Restocking Fees

All returns (other than for merchandise damaged in transit) are subject to a 20% (twenty percent) restocking fee. This fee will be subtracted from any refund that is issued.

Returned Item(s) Condition

Returned items must be in new, unwashed, unworn, unused and undamaged condition with all tags/labels attached and in original sealed packaging. All returned items are carefully inspected. Used or worn items will not be accepted for return, no refunds will be issued, and the item(s) will not be returned to you. Extreme care should be taken when trying on apparel, jewelry and/or shoes. Jewelry and makeup should be removed prior to trying on clothing. Shoes should be tried on briefly on a carpeted or other soft surface. If doing so causes damage, evidence of wear, loss of stones/trim, odor, staining from makeup, or stretching, the item(s) will not be eligible for return. If you have smokers and/or pets in your home and items are returned with pet hairs, pet odors, and/or smoke odors, the item(s) will not be eligible for return.

No Refund of Shipping Fees

Night Frights, LLC does not reimburse for shipping costs associated with any returns. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Return Shipping / Shipping Charges

The customer/purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees back to our facility, unless otherwise arranged in writing via our Trouble Ticket system. If packages are returned to us because they are unclaimed or undeliverable, we will not reship the package. If a refund is issued for the order, it will not include shipping charges.

Refund Information

You may request a refund, exchange or a store credit depending on the reason for the return by completing a Trouble Ticket / Request for Return or Exchange Authorization below. Refunds to credit cards are processed promptly but keep in mind that banks and other financial institutions may take 5-10 (five to ten) business days to process the payment back to your account. We have no control over these other entities and/or their processing methods.


We Ship Twice Each Week

Night Frights makes every effort to fulfill orders in a timely manner. If you need your order in a rush, please let us know at the time you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. Expedited rush orders may incur additional fees.

Address Corrections

It is your (the customer’s/purchaser’s) responsibility to make sure your address and shipping information are absolutely correct before you check out from our store. It may be impossible to change your address once the shipping process has begun. When you are checking out from the store please confirm the accuracy of your shipping information.

Shipping Rates

Night Frights offers different methods of shipping. UPS, USPS and FedEX are the most popular. Shipping rates are calculated in real time by adding your items into your shopping cart. Our system automatically analyzes your cart and pulls rates from all shipping carriers so you can make an informed decision on which shipping carrier you would like to use.

Tracking Your Order

When we ship your package it will automatically include a tracking number or customs declaration number. All domestic (USA) orders are tracked automatically on our website. Most international destinations cannot use the customs declaration number as a tracking number. Some countries do not honor customs declaration numbers for tracking. For your protection, we always highly recommend using expedited shipping methods for international parcels.

Shipping Insurance

Night Frights automatically insures packages that choose FedEX Express and USPS Express services. We also reserve the right to request signature confirmation for packages based on the value of the package. This is done for your safety.
