Description

This lovely black poly-silk fan is trimmed in sewn-on (not glued) black mini sequins and has antique gold accents. The design is single sided and the staves are plastic. Available with or without a small black silk tassel.

Measures 10 inches x 1 inch x 1.5 inches closed and 10 inches x 16.5 inches fully opened.
